Fermich SRL — Brunico, South Tyrol, Italy
We build software for the moment a restaurant is busiest.
Fermich is a South Tyrolean software company, operating since 2023. We build platforms that restaurants and bars use every day. Our flagship product is Ristoflow: it picks up the calls a restaurant can't answer and brings the caller back into a WhatsApp conversation, from the restaurant's own number.

What we do
We build software for the restaurant and hospitality sector and supply it to other businesses, which use it in their day-to-day operations. Three lines of work, one model: the software is ours, the data is the client's.
White-label SaaS platforms
Restaurants and bars use our platforms under their own brand and towards their own end customers, while we handle development, operation and maintenance. We currently have three active clients.
Ristoflow
Our own product for missed calls: it answers the restaurant's phone while staff are on the floor and brings the caller back into a WhatsApp conversation, from the venue's own number.
Digital signage for venues
Screens and content for in-venue communication: menus, daily specials, information for guests.
Our product
Ristoflow
At peak service the restaurant's phone rings and nobody can pick it up. The caller hangs up after a few seconds and calls the next place. Ristoflow turns that missed call into a WhatsApp conversation within seconds, from the restaurant's own number.
The call goes unanswered
The restaurant forwards unanswered calls to Ristoflow. We play a short announcement on behalf of the venue, in the venue's language.
The message goes out
The caller receives a WhatsApp message from the restaurant's number, inviting them to book. It arrives while the phone is still in their hand.
The floor sees everything
Call, message and reply land in a single list. Whoever is working the floor knows who tried to reach the venue and who has already been answered.
What the caller receives
One message per missed call, sent using a Meta-approved service template. No promotional sends, no lists, no unsolicited contact.
Not just the dinner rush
You switch the forwarding on and off whenever you like. Ristoflow covers every moment the venue can't — or doesn't want to — pick up, and in each of them it hands back something a restaurateur never has enough of: time for themselves.
During service
The phone rings while you're at the tables. Nobody has to put down a plate and run for it, and no booking is lost.
In the afternoon break
Between lunch and dinner the venue is shut, but people call anyway. Turn the forwarding on and go home: the bookings keep coming in without you.
On the closing day and on holiday
Mondays, holidays, the week off. Callers get an answer and book for when you reopen, instead of hitting silence and looking for somewhere else.
The point isn't only the booking you recover. It's being able to switch the phone off without losing customers.
How we work
One message, not a barrage
One missed call produces exactly one message, and only to the person who called. We don't do bulk sends and we don't use service templates to run promotions.
The number stays the restaurant's
No porting and no new number to tell customers about. The restaurant remains the owner of its phone number and of its WhatsApp Business account.
Data is not the product
Numbers and conversations are encrypted and separated per venue. We don't sell them, don't use them for advertising and don't use them to train AI models.
Support from people
We handle activation ourselves, from connecting the number to getting templates approved. Floor staff get a direct contact, not a web form.
We process end-customer data. We spell out exactly how.
Each client restaurant is the controller of its customers' data; Fermich acts as processor under Art. 28 GDPR on the basis of a written agreement. Encryption, tenant isolation, retention periods and sub-processors are documented openly.
Let's talk
